Police discovered that a quarrel had erupted between the partners during which the suspect seized a kitchen knife and inflicted serious injuries on a 35-year-old woman. She was hospitalized at the city hospital.
Investigators have informed the detained individual of the suspicion of committing a criminal offense as stipulated in part 1 of Article 121 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
