While patrolling the area of the city of Zelenodolsk, inspectors stopped a motorcycle driver for violating traffic regulations. During the conversation with the driver, it became apparent that he exhibited clear signs of alcohol intoxication. In an attempt to avoid the administrative protocol, the driver offered the police 5,000 hryvnias as an unlawful benefit.
On December 31, the citizen was notified of suspicion under Part 1 of Article 369 (offering, promising, or providing an unlawful benefit to an official) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
