$5,000 to register for military service without visiting the recruitment center: another scammer exposed in Dnipropetrovsk region.
It has been established that a 33-year-old city resident was actively seeking out men subject to military service and offering them the opportunity to register for military duty without visiting the military enlistment office, as well as to obtain deferments or documents for removal from the list of those liable for military service.

The National Police of Ukraine reported this.
A man offered $5,000 as a bribe to an official of the Military Recruitment Center in exchange for updating military registration data and arranging a deferment from military service. He was apprehended while receiving the money intended for the supposed transfer to the Military Recruitment Center employee.
The suspect has currently been informed of charges related to inciting the provision of an unlawful benefit to a public official (Part 4 of Article 27, Part 3 of Article 369) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The investigation is ongoing.
