$15,000 for "disability": a new scheme has been uncovered for the illegal exit of conscript-age men from the country.
The organizer of the scheme turned out to be a 37-year-old man who set up an office for producing fake documents certifying unfitness for military service due to health reasons, including the issuance of disability status. Additionally, to facilitate seamless border crossings, the perpetrator arranged for the entry of data into the "Reserve +" and "Oberih" systems.

During the investigation of a crime, law enforcement officials apprehended a suspect in the city center of Odesa while he was receiving the full payment for the creation of a forged set of documents. During searches conducted at the suspect's office, residences, and two vehicles, a mobile phone, cash amounting to 15 thousand US dollars, medical documents belonging to various clients, and other papers confirming illegal activities were seized.
Currently, the organizer of the scheme has been charged under Part 3 of Article 332 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine for “Illegal transportation of individuals across the state border of Ukraine.”
