Agricultural holding "Astarta," the largest sugar producer in Ukraine, has delivered over 1.2 million tons of products to global markets in 2024, marking an 18% increase compared to 2023.
This was reported by the press service of the agricultural holding.
According to the company's data, the primary consumers of corn in 2024 were Spain, Egypt, Italy, and Ireland.
"Astarta's soybean oil and meal were mainly supplied to the markets of Eastern European countries, as well as to Saudi Arabia and Malaysia," the statement noted.
It was mentioned that the main consumers of sugar were predominantly from Europe, North Africa, the Middle East, and CEFTA countries.
Overall, Astarta's agricultural products were exported to 53 countries worldwide.

Astarta, being the largest sugar producer in Ukraine, recorded a revenue growth of 21.3% in 2023, reaching €618.93 million, while net profit decreased by 5.0% to €61.9 million, and EBITDA fell by 6.1% to €145.77 million.
