Following the Russian airstrike on the morning of December 25, debris from downed enemy targets damaged 12 trucks, a café building, and three private houses in two areas of the Kyiv region.
This was reported by the head of the Kyiv Regional Military Administration (KOVA), Ruslan Kravchenko.
“Windows were shattered, doors were damaged, facades were hit, and roofs were affected in the buildings,” he wrote on his Telegram channel.
Kravchenko noted that the air raid alert lasted throughout the night. Air defense forces were active in the region, and there were downed enemy targets.
There were no casualties among the population. No hits on critical or residential infrastructure were recorded.
Background. As reported, following a large-scale missile attack by Russian forces on Ukraine on December 25, emergency power outages were implemented. The Russians attempted to destroy the energy system of the Dnipropetrovsk region and also struck the Ivano-Frankivsk and Vinnytsia regions, as well as Kharkiv, Kryvyi Rih, Nikopol, Prykarpattia, and Poltava regions.
