The Ministry of Economy has resumed granting critical enterprise statuses for the reservation of employees from mobilization.

According to the press service of the ministry,

The first 7 enterprises have received critical status based on new criteria. These include companies in the production of glass products, furniture, textiles, ceramic tiles, and more. They will be able to reserve their employees for up to 12 months.

The ministry explains that enterprises that have not updated their critical status will still be able to reserve their employees. However, this reservation will be valid until February 28, 2025, when the deadline for status renewal expires.

In total, during the first 2 days of the resumption of reservations via “Diia,” legal entities submitted 3,500 applications to reserve nearly 27,000 employees.

Background. Earlier, Mind reported that the government updated the criteria for reserving military personnel: salaries must be at least 20,000 UAH. The new order will take effect from December 1. Existing deferrals will remain valid no longer than until the end of February 2025.
