The Verkhovna Rada voted in favor of ratifying the Framework Agreement between Ukraine and Britain regarding credit support for the development of defense capabilities.

He noted that 245 deputies supported draft law No. 0300.
The government approved the draft agreement at the end of January. According to Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal, this agreement will allow the United Kingdom to provide Ukraine with up to £2 billion for the purchase of air defense systems, missiles for air defense, as well as for establishing repair bases for military equipment and other armaments.
He stated that these bases will also be located in Ukraine. The allocated funds will significantly enhance Ukraine's defense capabilities.
