The Ministry of Defense may introduce a tracking feature for summonses in the "Reserve+" system.

If the government supports this idea, it can be implemented "fairly quickly."
Минобороны может внедрить функцию отслеживания повесток в «Резерв+».

The Ministry of Defense can technically create a tracking feature for summonses in the "Reserve+" application, making it easier to monitor all stages of sending a paper summons. It is noted that implementing such tracking is not complicated from a technical standpoint.

This was announced during a television broadcast by Kateryna Chernohorenko, Deputy Minister of Defense for Digital Development, Digital Transformation, and Digitalization.

"We have received numerous requests from our businesses, companies, employees, and users in general, expressing that it would be beneficial to track all stages of paper summons delivery in 'Reserve+' – including details, document status, and more. Sometimes a summons arrives by mail, and the person may not be aware of it, possibly being in another city, on a business trip, or on vacation, which could lead to fines. In reality, implementing such tracking is not difficult technically," Chernohorenko stated.

She also added: "We are currently working on the regulatory aspects, assessing all the pros and cons, and identifying potential bottlenecks. If this idea receives government support and we pass the appropriate legislation, we can develop this technology quite quickly."

Background. Earlier, Mind reported that a feature for submitting a report regarding a change of duty station was added to “Army+”. Requests are promised to be processed within no more than 3 days.
