The October district court of Poltava has placed the property of members of the specialized pulmonary MSEC in Poltava under arrest.

They are accused of producing medical documents with false diagnoses to remove citizens from military registration, as reported by Interfax-Ukraine.

According to information in the registry of court decisions, based on the court ruling from November 25, the arrest has been imposed on 149 citizens with a prohibition on use, disposal, and alienation until the arrest is lifted.

Investigators from the investigative department of the Main Directorate of the National Police in the Poltava region have established that officials from MSEC and LCC, during the period of martial law, engaged in a criminal scheme for personal illegal enrichment, abusing their official positions to unjustifiably remove conscripted individuals from military registration and declare them unfit for military service during martial law while obtaining disability degrees.

It is noted that interested parties paid between $8,000 and $15,000 for such falsified diagnoses.

According to the decision of MSEC, a disability group was assigned to 4,162 individuals.

Currently, it is not reported whether their false diagnoses will be revoked.
